Senior Ad Operations Manager - London

We are looking for a Digital Director to join our Digital Marketing team.
You will be working along with account strategists, designers, and data scientists to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms for a range of high-profile global clients across the commercial, social, political and tech sectors.

The role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational guidance for digital marketing clients, interfacing with project managers to produce media plans and execute campaigns
  • Build and optimize advertising campaigns on various digital marketing platforms, including DSP’s, search engines, and social networks, and oversee junior ad traffickers
  • Handle offline data onboarding and online data collection through site tagging
  • Troubleshoot tagging and campaign setup issues that are hindering tracking or performance
  • Provide support to the sales team when crafting digital pitches and proposals

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in a technical digital ad operations role in an agency or brand capacity
  • Proficient understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem spanning programmatic, social, search, publishers, and ad network platforms
  • Experience working with Data Management Platforms, data onboarding partners, sand advanced online data targeting
  • Experience producing strategic media plans utilizing multiple ad types and platforms
  • Proficiency handling site tagging, product catalogues, eCommerce tracking, and measurement tools
  • Must have exceptional organization and planning skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must have an exceptional ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic digital initiatives
